When you receive your curly and wavy bundles, it is
very important to know what to expect. Upon arrival, your bundles may appear a
bit shorter in length. Fear not! The way that curly and wavy bundles measure
are by pulling the curls straight. By pulling the hair straight, you will achieve the accurate length.

When measuring your bundles, start by measuring from
the weft and pull the measuring tape to the end of the strands.

For example: Raw Cambodian Curly
Wavy hair in 22” on arrival may measure at 20”. Pull the hair straight and you
will see that it is actually 22”. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is
submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is
submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses,
cancellations, etc. 

Route Insurance is now required on all orders. Route
is our package insurance. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at
checkout when selecting your shipping method. Both our international and
domestic customers can opt-in for Route. Customers who are protected under
Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages
that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing
process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.

Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order
date.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During
Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for
orders to process. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale require up to 10
business days to process and 2-3 days for delivery.  Processing
times for full lace wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major
holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 120 business days. Orders are
not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.

The number of bundles you need depends on the hair
texture and the lengths.

For Deep Curl, Loose Curl & Soft Kinks

12 inches: 2 or more bundles required

14 inches: 2 or more bundles required

18-22 inches: 3 or more bundles required

24-28 inches: 4 bundles of more bundles required

Note:  20 and 26 inches are not available in this
collection.

For Raw Cambodian & LAOs Collection

12-14 inches: 2 or more bundles required

16-18 inches: 3 or more bundles required

20-24 inches: 4 or more bundles required

26 inches and longer: 5-6  bundles or more
required

Origin:  The Raw LAO hair is sourced from LAOS while the
Raw Cambodian Natural Wave and Wavy Elegance are sourced from Cambodia.

Texture: It is worth noting our very own LAO feels silky smooth upon the
first touch, Coarser LAO textures are also available but not guaranteed. The
hair strands are finer compared to our other wavy patterns. The Raw Cambodian
Natural Wave is coarse and soft to the touch as it mimics the natural hair
texture. The Raw Cambodian Wavy Elegance is the coarsest texture out of the
three mentioned previously.

Wave Pattern: Raw LAO wave pattern varies from a straight/wavy
to a medium wavy pattern. Raw Cambodian Natural Wave will have a slight wave
pattern for the most part. The Raw Wavy Elegance will have a medium wave
pattern.

Color Tone: The LAO Wavy will have the most variety in color
tones. It varies from a dark black to a medium to reddish brown. Color tones on
the other wavy patterns do vary from natural dark brown to medium brown.

IMPORTANT: Please add your color preference to the
notes section in the cart page before you submit your order. It may not be
guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

80% of the hair we ship out will have a natural dark
brown color tone. We will sometimes receive donor hair with medium to light
brown color tones. Please add your color request in the notes section on the
cart page. If you plan to lighten your raw hair, please ask for a lighter color
tone for a much easier color experience.

Absolutely, every bundle we carry is authentic natural
hair that will react just like your natural growing hair. Yes, all of our wavy
and curly textures will always revert back to its natural state when washed.
Your Hair can also be colored. We do recommend the assistance of a professional
colorist when coloring raw hair. Tip: Use a higher volume developer in shorter
increments when coloring raw hair.
